I oversee the ICA Team and steer ICA World towards new success stories and long-lasting partnerships by facilitating cooperation and matchmaking among our members. I am in charge of ICA World’s BD strategy, planning of various ICA activities and new initiatives and the overall management of the network. I am coordinating relations with members, partners, and other stakeholders, with the objective of enlarging the network and working together successfully on new projects.

I am the ICA contact point for our technical member organisations, facilitating their integration in the network and cooperation with other ICA members. My key challenge is to further develop the network of complementary top technical partner organisations, bringing solid technical expertise in a specific sector, and working on donor-funded projects worldwide. I am also responsible for constantly improving ICA World’s intranet platform and I am managing various online and digital tools.

I am the contact point for ICA’s local member organisations, supporting their integration into the network and fostering active cooperation and exchange.

I also build and maintain strong relationships with Top Experts, ensuring they derive maximum value from their involvement in ICA World. In this capacity, I am the primary contact for all matters related to individual consultants and the ICA Expert Database.

In addition, I oversee ICA’s internal and external communication activities, including social media, and contribute to the organisation of events and online initiatives. I also support the management and coordination of ICA’s digital platform tools, ensuring their effective and consistent use across the network.

I offer administrative support to the ICA Team and I am responsible for improving the quality of member information on the ICA Platform. I am in charge of updating the databases of experts, projects and references as well as the lists of potential partners. I assist members with search for experts and partners for specific project opportunities.
